Electrotechnology Industry Training Group

As a key stakeholder in the Electrotechnology space, you are invited to attend the Electrotechnology Industry Leader Group Forum. The day will be split into two sessions: the Leaders forum will be held in the morning from 10:00am – 11:30am and the Training forum being held in the afternoon from 1:00pm – 2:30pm.

The past months have seen several events which will have a direct impact on the operation of businesses and how Registered Training Organisations are going to support skilling developments in the Electrotechnology sector.

Other topics which will be discussed during the meetings include:

  • Employer Resource Assessment template that affects on-the-job training of all Electrotechnology, Transmission and Distribution trainees and apprentices
  • Feedback on altering the school-based apprentice entry requirements provided to the Department of Education and Training
  • Update on Industry Reference Committees.

Energy Skills Queensland connects industry, educators, consumer groups, governments, unions and associations for all industry sectors. This event, hosted by Energy Skills Queensland, reinforces the need for an open and impartial industry forum.

A huge thank you for the ongoing support from our silver level sponsors who help make these forums possible;
