Telecommunications Industry Leaders and Training Group
Purpose: The purpose of the Telecommunications Industry Leaders and Training Group (TILTG) is to provide an effective forum for industry, training and government stakeholders to identify workforce and training needs and issues. The intent is to collaboratively develop strategies which effectively address and resolve these identified issues.
The combined Telecommunication industry Leaders and Training forum is open to members from principle contractors, state and commonwealth Government, unions and associations, regulators, Registered Training Organisations managers, compliance and lead teaching staff, Department of Education and Training, Australian Skills Quality Authority and other employers and training parties.
Forum Requirements: Each forum must have a Chairperson nominated and approved from and by industry, as well as approved Terms of Reference.
Nominations for the position of Chairperson are open to any person falling within the categories outlined above. Nominees will be voted on by members at the next TILTG forum.
Current Terms of Reference are reviewed by forum stakeholders on an annual basis and are open to recommendations for change. Terms can be found here.

Agenda: Members wishing to present at the forum or items wishing to be added to the agenda for discussion, can be requested, in writing, to Energy Skills Queensland and the Chairperson for consideration. Finalised agenda and historical minutes are provided one week prior to the conduct of the forum and are only provided to members who RSVP to the forum.
