Group Training Organisations
Group Training Organisations (GTOs) employ and find industry placements for apprentices and trainees to build their industry skills and work experience, whilst Group Training manages all of the training and placement requirements.
In Queensland, the Group Training Association of Queensland and Northern Territory (GTA-QNT) represents 31 Group Training Organisations who employ apprentices and trainees in a large number of industries. These organisations provide career opportunities for regional communities in a number of different industry apprenticeships and traineeships within the energy and resources sector.
GTOs manage your apprenticeship/traineeship needs from start to completion, ensuring that you receive the best industry training possible to prepare you for employment after completing your qualifications.
GTOs are the largest employers of apprentices and trainees in Australia, providing places for more than 40,000 employees.
