Energy Skills Queensland plays a critical role in leading industry and government engagement on vocational education and training, skills development and labour market analysis.

The persistence of skills shortages over recent years, continuing high levels of replacement demand and the opportunity to respond to the emergence of the renewable energy sector, and CSG/LNG Industry have driven the need for workforce planning and ongoing responsible investment in the training and development of the current and future workforce.
