Energy Skills Solutions provides advice on skills and training opportunities for career advancement in the Queensland energy industry.
This training and assessment advisory service will benefit new entrants to the industry as well as existing workers seeking to gain or upgrade qualifications.
Energy Skills Solutions will provide advice on local employment opportunities, career pathways and training options including skills recognition processes.
Individuals eligible for funding may also receive reduced RPL assessment costs when enrolling in a qualification delivered by a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
Energy Skills Solutions provides new entrants and existing workers with the following services:
- Career advice on employment and workforce development opportunities.
- Skills evaluation to identify and match skills to qualifications.
- Referral advice to RTOs for skills assessment and recognition.
- Gap training advice on services provided by RTOs.
- Advice on regulatory requirements including licensing and permits.
